  • CIF Rick Hansen Foundation LabelThe Columbia Icefield is the located on north campus and offered only to registered students who have a valid WATCARD, and have paid their student service fees.
  • Community members not affiliated with UWaterloo are not able to purchase memberships.
  • All UWaterloo Campus Community members must have a Tap WatCard in order to access either the CIF.
  • If WatCard is forgotten - you will be granted to access one time providing your ID #. After that you will no longer be permitted to enter our facilities for the term without a WatCard in hand and suspended from deviating from Athletics and Rec policies.
